DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

By accepting this contract, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted that he/she is obliged to pay the order price, additional charges such as shipping and taxes, if any, and that he/she has been informed in advance, upon confirmation of the order subject to the contract.

2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the following terms have the meanings indicated:

  • MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade,

  • MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade,

  • LAW: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,

  • REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation,

  • SERVICE: Consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed or promised to be performed in return for a fee,

  • SELLER: The company that offers the goods to the consumer within the scope of commercial or professional activity or acts on behalf of the party that supplies the goods,

  • BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from goods or services for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.

  • SITE: Seller's website,

  • ORDERER: Natural or legal person who requests goods or services through the Seller's website,

  • PARTIES: Seller and Buyer,

  • CONTRACT: This contract established between the Seller and the Buyer,

  • GOODS: Movable goods and intangible products such as software, sound and images prepared for use in electronic media that are the subject of shopping.

3. SUBJECT
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The prices listed and announced on the website are sales prices. These prices are valid until updated. Prices announced for a specific period expire at the end of that period.

7. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
7.1. The basic characteristics of the product/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, and quantity) are published on the Seller's website. If the Seller is running a campaign, the basic characteristics of the relevant product can be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid for the specified period.
7.2. Prices: Prices listed and announced on the Site are sales prices. Prices are valid until updated. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of that period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments The total sales price of the goods or services, including all taxes, is stated on the invoice.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance The Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and electronically approved the preliminary information text on the Seller's website regarding the basic features of the product, sales price, payment method and delivery information.
9.2. Delivery Time Each product is delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website (2 to 6 business days) depending on the Buyer's location and not exceeding the legal maximum period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the subject of the contract is related to the sale of goods, the Buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal by notifying the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products prepared in line with the buyer's special request or for personal needs (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, disposable products) are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the Buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, he/she accepts to pay interest and be responsible to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement with his/her bank.

13. COMPETENT COURT
In case of disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections are submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the place of residence of the consumer or the place where the transaction was made.

14. ENFORCEMENT
By paying the price of the order placed on the Site, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
